atmosphere made from the same source and matter. All surrounded in the same ether that
engulfs all life form on earth as well as the entire universe. The very same elements in different
quantities are a part of all life form. Cells forming, cells dissembling, re-newing the energy of
your being: Transitions of energy into form taking place before your very eyes. Because of
this continuous transition of energy into form, your body’s energy cells are in a constant state
of renewal. It is also considered a fact that due to this constant transition that not only takes
place in the body but in all nature as well, all life forms are constantly being renewed, and cell
by cell your entire being is eventually replaced. .This implies that the same body that you

but I consider this proof that miracles are occurring every second with every breathe we take
in this magic known as life.
I find it mind boggling that our bodies replicate the very same orbital creation as the galaxies.
According to the Science of Astronomy, there is no end to the galaxies. They extend farther
than man can see and they are always expanding. Infinity then, is taking place as we live and
breathe. How can we deny our self the magic of being a part of all this? When the truth is right
before our very eyes in our own scientific findings and studies, Mind has to learn how to relate
to these facts on a very personal level. In other words, you have to relate these proven
theories as a part of who you are and why you exist. The magic of it all is a part of you and

CONNECT SPIRIT TO BODY
How does mind affect body and what is the connection? There is no denying the power of
mind to create what it thinks; so how then can we not believe that a power of mind within
our thoughts has no effect on the body. By now, we have all heard how stress plays a
major role in our daily and overall health. Stress brought on by Dis-Ease of mind, affects
the body at all levels. Most of us are aware of this and accept it as fact along with other
beliefs that could affect our health, such as excessive drinking, smoking, not enough rest,
etc. What many find difficult to believe is that most disease is caused by a Dis-Ease in the
mind. It is not the thought itself for instance; people do not dwell in thoughts deliberately
to cause cancer growths. What affects the body is minds reaction to every day life. If we
are not pleased with our lives then it is important that we make the necessary changes,
after all the goal, the key to life is to live life better in order to have the best. The motivation
that evolves us is the good for us; if we are not pleased and live our lives in any form of
disdain, our bodies will feel the impact eventually. Stress the culprit that man has not yet
learned how to handle works its best under these conditions. Mental anguish in every
form is stress! The stress we cause from our disdainful thoughts is what affects the body.
The stress is telling us it is a good time to take a look inside to discover its meaning....’

When we consider how the body sustains its own life in the perfect manner that it does.
One could say, why, does the body need, the mind; with it’s built in immune system,
cellular reproduction, and natural elimination. It is so self motivated it exists as its own
entity.
We are the highest form of life because we have the gift of mind. Still we cannot deny that
a spirit for life exists in every living organism. With just the ability to reproduce, life in every
plant, animal, every form of life, an inborn nature of some form exists that knows what it
needs and finds its own way of fulfilling these needs. What ever motivates this force for
life, the purpose being the good of life. Why do we find it so hard to believe that, the same
motivation exists aside from our minds, in the cells of our physical bodies? Studies
proven during the development of the fetus, show designated cells all seem to know their
exact cellular purpose. A liver cell knows itself to be a liver cell, and performs its job as
such. There is no doubt that cells are a form of intelligence. The miracle of life as we know
it still remains a great mystery.
Recent DNA discoveries uncover more and more mysteries. Still one-thing remains no
one has control of his heart beat. Anxiety may cause it to beat more rapidly. The foods
one eat could interfere with circulation and elimination. The stress in life may have an
effect on cellular reproduction, but the cells are performing their jobs for the higher good
of the being in total awareness of their functions. Our bodily vessels are intricately woven
to supply the whole of the body and it has the ability to eliminate what it no longer needs
for the force of life... I am convinced that the body has its own life force. I base that on the
very fact that my mind does not control the beating of my heart, the circulation of my
blood, and the reproduction of my cells. I know that my mind is aware of this natural
beating of my heart but it is not responsible for this phenomenon.
One thing we can all agree with is that without the ability to think, without mind we would
not be aware of our self. Without mind, we would not be aware of life in any form.
Therefore, mind recognizes body as part of its existence and has connection to body as
self-awareness.
The very fact that the body is capable of maintaining its own life in the perfect manner that
it does, indicates that the body also has a mind of its own. The cellular structure alone that

their preservation of the body after death: The Ancient Greeks founded fitness in what we still celebrate
today as the Olympics. The Roman Gladiators had to maintain some form of body worship in order to stay
alive. Body worship still exists today in a variety of different ways, all with the same aim, to stay fit and
healthy for a better life. Fitness could very well be termed the craze of the times in the world today. This is
in alignment with what is necessary for man. This is in alignment with evolution toward better, which is the
natural inclination to stay fit and healthy to live.
This is also a natural alignment of mind and body, a natural intuition the minds way of acknowledging the
material body. To relish life is our goal. When we can accept in our minds that our bodies are in fact, a
functional entity of material spirit; in action as naturally as the stars float in our galaxies. When the mind
can fully accept this as reality, we pay attention to the aches and pains of the body in a different way. We
realize that perhaps we have not been giving it the proper care. The body is calling attention to the mind
for this very reason. When we cannot fully accept the perfection that propels this material existence we call
by our name, we venture into many different methods of trying to heal ourselves.
Once we associate fear with the aches and pains our mind can exaggerate the problem until we seek
professional help; which is still in alignment with what is good for the body. It is well established fact that
most ailments, doctors incur are nothing more than aches and pains.
If we were to concentrate our mind on the perfection and the ability of the body’s natural abilities to cure
itself, tune in to the body’s reactions from the food and the care we give it, we would then be able to bring
about the body of the athlete. The athlete has in mind to prove the body’s abilities. That is how some
people have trained their bodies, to accomplish amazing feats. Did it ever occur to your mind that given
the proper guidance your body has the capability to accomplish the very same feats?
Medical science has come a long way and has a long way to go. It is that same innate call of body worship
that draws the minds necessary to create and produce what is best for man. It is a natural involution that
man has in his desires for better, that evolve into reality as he sees it in his mind and spirit. It is the natural
drive of man for better.

are confused mentally associating this call with greed, selfishness and undeserving. Yet, man gains
peace, within himself, when he learns to live his qualities of good and love that are a part of him. This is the
very core of why we should be looking into our souls for the answers to all life’s dis-ease. When we deny
our true nature of being spiritual entities, because we deny our good. We give no credit to the force of

take. When we accept that good is the right direction in alignment with our evolution we will have finally

| CHAKRA MEDITATION Dear Father, Today I am beginning to feel the affects of Your presence in my life both physically, spiritually and mentally. I feel the CHI so to speak. Your energy! The flow of creative intelligence and love for all You create. To deny ones self of this privilege is to sleep through life. This connection so deep within man, calling out to him from the center of his soul, wherein lye the foundations of our built in integrity. All we have to do is claim it for ourselves. Beginning by knowing our connection to the whole, in the mind, where it matters most. Then sit back and leave the rest to You. Like a complete surrender of control while You do all the work. Today I feel Your presence in every atom of my being as You direct the cells of life toward their higher good. Your flow of love for all Your creation sustains, nourishes and leads my being toward its perfection... As a part of the earth the perfection centered at the marrow of my being, being infused with the elements to create the physicality of my existence. As each bone represents the structure of Your love, creating love physically. Through the energy of Your life force as it enters the First Chakra of my being spiraling upward toward the Second Chakra where the flow is made as a source of infinity as it fuels like the water of Your universe connecting all, and keeping the flow of life moving in the direction of its higher good. As it infuses, my being becomes more than just a part of creation, As You Father, give my body the ability to create along with You. Joined in the flow of good for life as my reproductive organs create and continue seeking a higher good through the love they were born too. My Father You have connected me to the heavens where the fire from the sun sets all life ablaze. My Third Chakra representing the solar system in a total complex of energy burning through every meridian of my being. Fueled by Your love for life as love rules the heart and the flow of love fuels my lungs into being. With this knowledge set in my heart I am set free as Your flow of life enters my Fifth Chakra. Here it is given to me, voice to declare its connection with the essence furnished by my love of God. As God’s love for all creation is revealed in our hearts and the cells of our body know their final direction toward the good of the body, reveal it to mind as the energy flows toward the Sixth Chakra where it witnesses through the senses the beauty of God as being. Through the eyes we witness and are able to see the beauty. Through our mouths we witness as we taste the beauty. Through our nose we witness as we can smell the beauty. Through our fabulous flesh folding firmly yet flexibly over this ball of energy we can witness the beauty of a unique and divine natural appendage, connecting me mind body and spirit to the Seventh Chakra spiraling upward connecting me to the universe.
