WHO ARE YOU?

The irony of it all,
When we finally learn to stand tall,
In the ego’s search for good;
Is the deep awareness that it should?
Call it conceit, call it what you wish.
The ego was born to be a special dish.
Searching all life through for the way to make it wholesome,
The ego controls the imaginary vision for what is to come.
It is a part, of who we are, the necessary seed,
The want for more good is an inborn greed;
When that ego finally connects to its source,
Watch out man, there is no greater force.
One thing, always, keep in mind,
Even though you are one of a kind,
Every star born in God’s galaxy has the same ability to
twinkle.
Bound together in love we have the power to smooth every
wrinkle,
As we stay our life in alignment with our highest good,
Life enriches the way it should.

THAT SPECIAL FEELING

That special feeling that we all feel deep within the root of our being that is the key to the
self-unity with God. Our egos are responsible for not only bringing about our differences, but also
enhancing, the specialness it feels. That is why in my opinion it is extremely difficult to deny
your ego. What one must do is educate that ego because it already thinks it is special. To lose
that special feeling, may be a sign of maturity to some, but when you recall the words of the great
master Christ. .To believe with the same innocence of a child will bring us closer to God. The
need to feel special is a natural force that is inborn to man, that is why feelings of futility and
uselessness are so devastating. When that special feeling, is nurtured, with love and parental
care, our self-esteem is secured it creates that special feeling. Feeling deprived of love does not
stop the deeper sense of being special, but it does hinder the awareness in our minds that
creates a low self-esteem and isolation. The deprived feelings themselves tell the story.
Deprived feelings are like a longing within the heart and soul for better. The longing exists only
because our spirit, the very spirit of our being, was once a part of this wholeness and knows the
better as the very special feeling deep within.

Help me rid my ego that believes it is wise and smart,
For nothing compares to the wisdom fore-born in my heart;
Help me learn the humility of letting be,
For what you have in store is greater for me.
For who am I to doubt the dawning of your light
When all about the evidence is clearly in sight;
For every heart that beats in every human soul,
The choices made, are bettered by the heart you control;
Help me Dear God, to see more clearly through eyes of love,
Division cannot be possible, mistakes did not count, if all begins
and ends with you.
With all that is good, what creates the bad?
With all that is happy, what makes us so sad?
Opposition is hard to understand,
When all begins and ends with you, life is grand
Looking back on man’s achievements throughout the ages,
It is your inspiration within the man filling the pages;
So inspired are we for our greater good
When love forms our thinking the way it should.
Help me hold on with all my heart to what I know to be true.
There is no greater love than the love of you
With just a little bit of love given from the great giver
We will reign, a more worthy deliver.
God forgive me my doubt; stay my ego from feeling supreme.
I am not less or more than any other being.

EGO
Ego, earnestly embrace early
enhancement and education.
Enlighten, to ennoble, every
exquisite earthly existence;
Excise erroneous effects.
Explore, encourage and enjoy,
every effort and expect
extraordinary experiences.
Equalize egos extraordinary
examples,
Extricate ego elevation.
Enjoy endurance, experience
eternal existence!
