THE FLOW OF THE BREATH OF LIFE

The oxygen from God's air feeds the cells, causing a chemical
burn, releasing energy throughout the body.
This process creates the waste product carbon dioxide, that in turn
fuels the energy of the tree.
Breathing in the oxygen as pure as God's love to give.
Without the flow of oxygen no cell would live.
When we breathe in and when we breathe out the rate of
respiration should be stable and conform to the rhythm  of the
universe.
As the oxygen contains the energy of life, supplied freely and
abundantly to fuel the love of good as it  is its verse.
The waste our cells no longer needs,
Passes on to re-new its good as it fulfills its deeds.
To keep things flowing for our next easy in breath.
As the diaphragm flattens, the ribs expand creating a vacuum in
the chest,
The force of air feeds every meridian, every sac, passes through
the blood as it travels west.
Where it feeds the body's action when it reaches the cells to flood,
Every tissue with life as it curses through the blood.
Releasing its waste in a circular pattern in a continuous flow for
the good of life.
It circulates the negative along with the positive in a balanced flow
free of all strife.
Released the deflated lungs, reach out for more air as once again
the circle of life begins.
The give and take, the easy flow, the air we take for granted,
supplied for our lungs fins.
The diaphragm both produces and directs as it employs the heart,
lungs, abdomen and spine.
Supplying its fuel evenly throughout every limb like the dutiful
pine.
A tree shaped like an umbrella breathing  in the tireless rhythm of
the wind. Massaging every branch in its gentle sway.
Every organ flows anew, naturally fueled, knowing its way.
As the kidneys slide up and down and the spine is in its cradle.
The breathe of life stimulates every, body, able.
Every part of the body depends on a breath of air
